Important: By using our app to scan or capture supplement images, you grant us unlimited rights to use, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from these images for any purpose, including improving our service, research, and marketing.

Ownership of Generated Data: All SuppDive generated supplement analysis, research reports, and insights created by our proprietary algorithms and AI remain the exclusive property of Ess X LLC. While you can access and view this data through the app, you do not own the generated research content.
