SuppDive is operated by Ess X LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Account Information: Email address when you create and/or link your email via Firebase Authentication
User Content: Photos of supplement labels you scan or capture using the Services ("Supplement Photos")
Feedback Data: Feature requests, bug reports, or other feedback you explicitly send through the Services

Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for compatibility
Usage Analytics: Anonymous usage patterns to improve the Services
Crash Reports: Technical data if the Services crash to help us fix bugs

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

Process your User Content to generate supplement analysis

Enhance the Services and user experience

AI Training and Development

Important: We do not use your personal information to train AI models. Your User Content and account information are used solely to provide you with the Services. According to their stated policies, our AI service providers (OpenAI, OpenRouter, Google Gemini, and Anthropic) do not train on user data processed through their APIs.

Processing of Generated Output

We store "Generated Output" (supplement research, analysis, insights, and reports we create from your User Content) and User Content in association with your account for your convenience and to provide you with your supplement library. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your account information, email, and personal identifiers, while your User Content and Generated Output are anonymized and disconnected from any identifying information.
